Q1. What are the registration dates?
- Early Bird Registration: July 1 (Wed) - August 31 (Mon), 2026, 23:59:59 (KST)
  
  Pre-registration: September 1 (Tue) - October 16 (Fri), 2026, 23:59:59 (KST)

Q2. How much is the registration fee?
- Please click here to view the registration fees.

Q3. Can I register for just one day?
- No. Registration is available only for the full three-day duration.

Q4. How can I pay the registration fee?
- We only accept full payment through the online payment system.

Q5. How can I check my registration status?
- Once your registration and payment are completed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
  If you do not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder, or contact to the secretariat (secretariat@koreanesthesia.org).
  Your registration status will also be updated on My Page as follows:
  - Payment Needed: Payment has not been made (Registration is not completed).
  - Completed: Both online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Q6. Can I change or cancel my registration after making the payment?
- You may change or cancel your registration and receive a full refund if the request is submitted before the deadline as indicated below.
  To request a change or cancellation, please complete the Registration Change/Cancellation Request Form below and email it to the secretariat (secretariat@koreanesthesia.org).
  All processing fees incurred during the refund process shall be borne by the registrant.
  Important Notes Regarding Refunds:
  - Changes or cancellations with a full refund are available until October 16 (Fri), 2026, 23:59:59 (KST).
  - Please note that no refunds will be issued from October 17 (Sat), 2026 onward.

Q7. Where can I get the receipt?
- Once your registration payment has been completed, you can view and download the receipt in the Registration section of My Page, below your registration details.

Q8. Can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
- Transferring your registration to another person is strictly prohibited.
  If a registration is found to have been transferred to another person, it may be cancelled without prior notice.

Q9. Where can I obtain the certificate of attendance?
- The certificate of attendance will be available for download in the Registration section of My Page two weeks after the congress has concluded.
